Job summary

A national engineering company in Media, PA seeks an experienced Structural Engineer to design, detail and draft structures for warehouses, data centers, municipal and educational facilities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with PMs and teams, reviewing docs, issuing RFIs, and preparing technical reports and calculations. Requires EIT license, 3–10+ years in structural design, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, Enercalc, Risa, and Mathcad.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering with structural focus; M.S. preferred.
• Engineer-in-training (EIT) license required.
• 3–10+ years of experience in structural analysis and design of buildings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; experience with Enercalc, Risa and Mathcad.
• Experience with wood, masonry, steel, concrete, and cold-formed metal design.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients on multiple projects ensuring timely completion.

Typical projects include: Warehouses, Data Centers, Municipal Buildings, Athletic Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Precast Architectural Cladding, Educational Facilities.
