Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer to design safe, efficient, and innovative structures for commercial, industrial, municipal, and infrastructure projects in Central Florida.

You will perform structural analyses, develop drawings, review plans, coordinate with architects and project managers, and participate in client meetings, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
  • EIT or PE licensure (or actively pursuing licensure)
  • Experience performing structural analysis and design
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
  • Experience using CAD and structural design software
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Consulting engineering experience is a plus
  • Construction knowledge is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations
  • Design structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
  • Prepare construction documents, drawings, and CAD models
  • Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and project managers
  • Respond to RFIs and provide construction phase engineering support
  • Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and engineering standards
  • Participate in client meetings and project coordination
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Do

As a Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing safe, efficient, and innovative structural systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations

What We're Looking For
