Structural Engineer (PE – Texas)
A national engineering and construction consulting firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to join its forensic engineering team.

Role Highlights:

• Conduct field investigations and analyze structural failures caused by natural or human-induced events
• Assess residential, commercial, industrial, and marine structures
• Evaluate drawings, codes, and construction practices to determine causes and develop repair scopes
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders
• Provide litigation support and expert testimony as needed
• Manage multiple projects with attention to budget and deadlines
• Travel occasionally on short notice

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering from ABET-accredited program
• Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of ICC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and NDS codes
• Experience in forensic investigations and construction litigation preferred
