Our client is a growing structural engineering consultancy delivering building projects across the Southeast and wider US. The firm works with architects, developers, contractors and building owners on projects ranging from complex high-rise structures and large residential developments to commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, institutional and renovation projects.
Engineers are exposed to a broad mix of structural systems, including post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, wood framing, cold-formed steel, masonry and complex lateral systems, creating an environment where you can continue developing technically rather than being pigeonholed into one project or material type. These areas closely reflect EM Structural's published technical expertise.
The business has built a strong presence across major East Coast and Southeast markets and has continued to expand its geographical footprint. EM Structural currently lists offices in Atlanta, Tampa, Charleston, Charlotte, Raleigh and the Washington, DC area.

- Coordinate directly with architects, contractors, developers and other members of the design team.
- Participate throughout the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs and construction-phase submittals.
- Support project managers with project delivery, coordination and client communication.
- Contribute to value engineering and constructability discussions to develop efficient structural solutions.
