Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer in Atlanta to contribute to the structural planning and design of building projects. You will use Revit and standard structural engineering tools to produce construction documents and assist with specification writing and administration.

The role reports to both the Studio Director and the Director of Engineering, with daily guidance from the Structural Team Leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering recommended but not required.
  • FE exam completed and EIT certification.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to communicate project objectives and scope changes with clients, field personnel, and internal team.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients, staff, and internal team to meet deadlines.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Revit.
  • Experience with structural analysis software such as RISA 3D, RAM Elements, Enercalc, ETABS, SAP.

Job description

This role involves structural planning, design, engineering, and the production of construction documentation using Revit and standard structural engineering tools and methodologies.
