Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Structural Drafter for our Lansing, MI office to produce structural construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. This onsite role collaborates with architects, structural engineers, and MEP professionals on diverse projects and includes QA/QC and drafting standards.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

• EIT certification is advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite opportunity based out of the Lansing office, where you'll join a close-knit team of 15 employees. The role offers excellent exposure to both Structural Engineers and Architects, providing the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of large-scale and mid-sized projects while continuing to grow your technical and design experience. The work environment promotes learning under licensed leadership with opportunities to wear multiple hats and a track to leadership.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
