Company Summary: Looking for an immediate hire to work with a well-established engineering and architecture firm based in Seattle, Washington. We are seeking a seasoned Diagnostics Project Manager with a strong background in structural assessment, restoration, and forensic investigations.

The Diagnostics Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the technical and contractual execution of multiple projects focused on structural rehabilitation, building envelope evaluations, and renovation efforts.
• Preparing project proposals and contributing to responses for client requests and qualifications.
• Leading on-site investigations and diagnostic testing.
• Authoring and managing the development of detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Designing repair strategies and producing construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitoring field implementation of repair solutions and conducting quality assurance reviews.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Supporting strategic growth initiatives and contributing to business development efforts.

The Diagnostics Project Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Professional Engineering (P.E.) required and Structural Engineering (S.E.) license is preferred.
• 9 years of experience with forensic projects
• Advanced degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred)
• PTO
