BlueScope Buildings North America's Engineering team is seeking an Engineering Technician/Structural Detailer to translate concepts into precise construction documents. You will develop detailed drawings and fabrication plans for structural projects, create erection and permit drawings, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or 2-year technical degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailing activities on assigned projects and adhere to schedule and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed drawings and fabrication plans from engineering designs.
• Create erection, approval, permit drawings, and anchor rod layouts.
• Develop technical expertise and knowledge of products, materials, and standards.
• Upload, edit, and release parts into the manufacturing system.
