Job summary

Endres Manufacturing Company in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented drafting professional to produce fabrication, installation, and customer-approval drawings. You will develop conceptual designs, submittals, and final project drawings while applying feedback to ensure precision and adherence to our standards.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple projects, read and interpret complex drawings, and collaborate with supervisors to sustain high-quality design output.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of detailing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; SDS2 experience highly preferred.
• 3D modeling or architectural drafting are strong pluses.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, and technical instructions.
• Steel industry experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and a desire to learn from an experienced, industry-leading team.
