This is a Full‑Time, in‑person employment position.

What Your Role Looks Like

• Detailing Small to multi TON projects
  • Process includes Detailing Approval drawings, Erection Drawings, part and assembly drawings
• Answering detailed questions during a project's lifetime
• Forward thinking during the project to anticipate issues that may occur and taking steps to avoid those issues before they happen
• Using AutoCad to provide detailed prints for our projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Detailer - Photos or Videos of past work is highly encouraged
• Strong understanding of AutoCad and conceptual 3D design
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of key detailing and construction codes and standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Have the ability to adapt when jobs require
• Must have basic knowledge of Excel
• Background in 3D modeling programs (ie: Tekla Structures) is a plus+

What Success Looks Like

• Complete, on‑time release of detailed projects at all phases of drawing
• Work is not returned due to detailing errors
• Making Drawings clear and easy to understand for our Fabricators and Customers
