Job summary

Fort Wayne, United States — Design Hire LLC is seeking a skilled designer to contribute to a production-driven engineering team. You will perform data entry and design work using proprietary design software, and help prepare detailed shop orders and production documentation.

You will review and check the work of fellow designers for accuracy, manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required; drafting education is a plus.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and visualize 3D assemblies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work 50+ hours during peak production.
• Collaborative mindset and customer-support willingness.

Responsibilities
