Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a technical school degree/certificate are required.
• Three (3) years of Civil Engineering firm experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and prepares plans and calculations under supervision for specific projects.
• Assists in research studies and information gathering for design projects.
• Maintains organized files related to designs and project progression for easy access by the Project Manager and team.
• Coordinates with and delegates tasks to technical staff, internal departments, and sub-consultants.
• Assists CAD technicians and helps supervise ongoing project work; teaches new skills.
• Assists in creating client exhibits.
• Interfaces with agencies during processing, research and plan checks.
• Maintains a high level of quality control.
