Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Career Level Structural Designer to develop conceptual and detailed 3D structural models for advanced technology manufacturing environments, including semiconductor facilities.
You will translate input into construction‑ready drawings, lead defined scopes, and coordinate with engineers to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include producing complete drawing sets, applying standards, and owning scope from assignment to issuance.

As a Career Level Structural Designer, you will continue to apply your expertise as a key contributor to the design team, responsible for developing design concepts and producing 2D and 3D deliverables.
As part of this team; you will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed structural models that support advanced technology manufacturing environments, including semiconductor fabrication and support facilities. You will translate engineering input into construction‑ready documentation aligned with department and client standards, applying precision and consistency in both modeling and documentation. In addition to independent execution, you may lead defined scope or small packages, coordinating work and supporting delivery through others. You are expected to take full ownership of assigned scope, including coordination, schedule, and quality, while contributing to successful delivery through both execution and limited leadership responsibility.
Hybrid – Electronics office
This position is considered hybrid and requires you to live within 50 miles of a Jacobs electronics office: Phoenix, AR. You will be expected to work in the office at least two days per week. Relocation assistance may be provided, as applicable.
The Structural Designer must demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of this role at the level described above. The base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 to $90,800.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
