Position Summary

As a Senior Level Structural Designer, you will continue to apply your expertise as a key contributor to the design team, responsible for developing design concepts and producing 2D and 3D deliverables. You will create and refine structural models with minimal direction, applying advanced software skills in an industrial context to support complex manufacturing environments including semiconductor fabrication and support facilities. Your work will reflect a deep understanding of both departmental and client standards, with full ownership of your scope and accountability for quality. In addition to producing construction‑ready documentation, you will be responsible for leading multi‑contributor scope, structuring work, maintaining alignment, and ensuring coordinated delivery across contributors and disciplines. You are expected to provide leadership across areas, packages, or workstreams, ensuring that work produced by yourself and others is complete, coordinated, and ready for issue.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and coordination of 3D structural models across assigned scope.
  • Produce complete, coordinated, and constructible drawing sets across assigned scope, including multi‑contributor work.
  • Ensure consistent application and enforcement of department and client standards across all models and documents.
  • Take full ownership of assigned scope, area, or package, including coordination, schedule, and quality across all contributed work.
  • Maintain accountability for quality, completeness, and constructability of deliverables, including work produced by others.

    • Monitor progress, balance workloads, and maintain alignment across contributors to meet project deadlines.
    • Act as a primary point of accountability for assigned areas or packages, ensuring work is complete, coordinated, and ready for issue.
    • Enforce quality and standards compliance across all contributed work, preventing misalignment and rework.
    • Own internal, cross‑discipline, and external reviews, ensuring resolution, alignment, and readiness for issue.
    • Lead coordination discussions, drive resolution of issues across contributors and disciplines, and ensure decisions are translated into aligned execution.
    • Coordinate across disciplines to align design efforts and resolve conflicts across multi‑contributor scope.
    • Assess scope needs and constraints within assigned responsibility based on project requirements and schedule demands.
  • Own and be accountable for roles such as Project Lead, BIM Lead, QA/QC Lead, Clash Lead, or equivalent across multi‑contributor scope.
