We are seeking a talented Structural Designer to join our team at Primera Engineers. This is a full-time, entry-level position based in Philadelphia, PA, offering a competitive salary between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on experience.

Who You Are

• You possess an Associate’s Degree in design & drafting and have 3+ years of experience in structural design.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation; experience with Advanced Steel is a plus.
• You are a collaborative, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare structural drawings for utility structures, including reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry components.
• Develop bills of materials, review drawings and specifications, and manage project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines in all design work.
• Coordinate with senior designers and engineers to resolve design issues and ensure project success.
