The role requires proven structural demolition experience and adherence to project plans, exclusion zones, and safety procedures in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating heavy equipment in demolition settings.
• Experience with structural demolition of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry.
• Experience with demolition attachments such as steel shears and pulverizers.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to work safely around hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and heavy equipment for structural demolition.
• Use demolition-specific attachments per project requirements.
• Follow sequencing, safety zones, and project plans.
• Maintain safe distances and machine stability.
• Coordinate with spotters, laborers, and rigging personnel.
• Inspect equipment for safety and performance.
