The work spans varying sites with emphasis on safety, environmental standards, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, manage scrap grades, and coordinate with project managers while maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred for Class A.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong understanding of demolition safety protocols.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of structural demolition with precision and safety.
• Demolish high-rise, commercial, and residential buildings.
• Sort materials for landfill diversion and recycling.
• Load demolition debris and hazardous materials per regulations.
• Read blueprints and demolition plans.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers.
• Maintain detailed records of work and materials.
• Train and mentor junior wreckers.
• Conduct pre-demolition site assessments and hazard identification.
