Qualifications

• Associate's degree in CAD Technology, Drafting & Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year drafting experience in structural engineering or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or Tekla Structures a plus.
• Familiarity with structural drawing types (plans, details, foundations).
• Basic knowledge of structural steel, concrete, and metal member types.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; team player.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural drawings including foundation and support plans.
• Draft steel, concrete, and other structural details.
• Develop plan views, sections, elevations of components.
• Produce equipment support structure drawings and sheets.
• Revise drawings per design changes and client comments.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project teams.
• Maintain and organize drawing files per document control.
• Perform quality checks on own drawings and backcheck peers.
