  • Collaborate closely with architecture, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical teams to deliver coordinated solutions
  • Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration activities
  • Conduct field observations and site visits to better understand construction practices and ensure design intent is achieved
  • Perform quality control reviews and help maintain high technical standards across projects
  • Apply innovative problem-solving skills to develop practical, efficient design solutions
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff and support project team development
  • Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and evolving structural engineering practices
What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Experience contributing to large projects or leading portions of moderate-sized projects
  • Strong understanding of structural design codes including ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, and related standards
  • Proficiency in Revit and structural analysis/design software such as RAM, Enercalc, ETABS, or similar platforms

  • Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and leadership development
  • A firm committed to innovation, technical excellence, and creating meaningful impact through design
