We have a career opportunity for a Structural‑Bridge Engineer seeking to grow their career as a Technical Manager. As a Structural‑Bridge Technical Manager, you will both self‑perform and direct project teams in the planning and design of transportation structures projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be viewed as a subject matter expert and provide technical advice to staff to ensure the successful execution of projects and help drive the growth of the IL Structural group.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing various structural‑bridge projects, ensuring the development of high‑quality engineering documents. Previous experience mentoring and directing staff on technical skills is highly desired.
This position will have a hybrid schedule, and when in the office, you will work in either our Chicago, IL or Naperville, IL office.

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the State of Illinois Pay Transparency Act, Illinois Pay Transparency Law. The final agreed‑upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary, overtime, and bonuses.
