Job Description
This opportunity is for an experienced Engineer to become a leader, with prospects to grow and mentor a team of talented engineering professionals. You will manage team efforts, oversee cost control, staffing, and quality, and foster client relationships while enhancing the Egis North America brand through participation in associations and marketing efforts.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis, 4+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software, effective communication skills, and preferred knowledge of Prestressed Concrete and bridge design expertise.
