• Determine conditions for diffraction quality crystals or cryo-EM analysis.
• Obtain structures of reverse transcriptase and related enzymes with nucleic acid-protein complexes.
• Write manuscripts and assist with reports, abstracts, and proposals.
• Provide instruction, mentoring to graduate students.
