Job summary
Mead & Hunt, an award-winning national architecture and engineering firm, seeks a Structural CAD/BIM Technician for Sacramento (CA) or Lexington (SC) offices. You will produce BIM models and drawings, coordinating with an in-house team and sub-consultants while applying design standards.
Experience with Revit and AI tools is valued. Qualifications include an Associate degree in engineering or related field (or 4+ years without degree) and strong communication skills, with opportunities for
Qualifications
- Associate degree (or higher) in engineering or related field; at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR if no degree, at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Revit software for drawing structural systems and setting up drawing sets.
Responsibilities
- Produce structural BIM models and structural drawings for projects, coordinating with in-house team members and sub-consultants.
- Attend project team meetings.
- Coordinate with the design team and ensure design standards are applied to engineering drawings.
