Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a Structural BIM Modeler in Downers Grove, IL to develop construction-ready structural models using Revit, Tekla, and internal tools. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams to convert concepts into detailed drawings and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.

Ideal candidates have an AA degree in CAD/CAM or similar field and 1–3 years of BIM modeling experience, with Revit proficiency and knowledge of Tekla as a plus.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent in CAD/CAM or related field.
• 1–3 years BIM modeling in commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiar with Revit; permit-level modeling a plus.
• Tekla fabrication modeling experience is a plus.
• Basic coding knowledge (C#, VBA, Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural models from concept to construction-ready drawings using Revit, Tekla, and Bluebeam.
• Create permit-ready drawing packages and ensure accuracy with engineering guidance.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and construction teams to meet contract requirements.
