Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in Drafting Design preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive drafting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Tekla and AutoCAD; Rhino preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor others and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities with project manager, designers, and engineers.
• Interact with clients and team members regarding project models.
• Use latest tools to create and maintain BIM information and interoperate with analysis, documentation, fabrication, and construction models.
• Assist in developing structural detailing and documentation models.
• Guide lower-level technicians when needed and ensure model accuracy and standards.
