ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Structural BIM Modeler in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will create conceptual models and develop structural design information using Revit and Tekla. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in a related field and has 1-3 years of BIM Modeling experience. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of BIM Modeling experience in commercial industrial, manufacturing, or similar project types.
• Motivated self-starter focusing on details and quality.
• Experience using Revit for permit level document creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural design information using Revit, Tekla, and Bluebeam.
• Create conceptual to construction-ready structural models.
• Develop and check complete drawing packages for permit submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure design accuracy.
