Hazen and Sawyer in Los Angeles is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to work with project managers and engineers to produce structural BIM (Revit) models, families, and contract drawings for the structural discipline.

You will develop Revit content, coordinate with multiple disciplines, perform clash detection, mentor junior designers, and contribute to CAD/BIM standards. A relevant bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years of experience plus proficiency in Revit is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years of structural BIM experience.
• Associate degree or technical certification with 6–10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• Experience leading and coordinating drawing production on medium to large projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop Revit models, families, and contract documents.
• Coordinate drawing development with multiple disciplines.
• Perform BIM model clash detection and resolve conflicts.
• Train and mentor less experienced designers.
• Review models and drawings for quality and consistency.
• Provide input on CAD/BIM standards and workflows.
