Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to produce structural BIM (Revit) models, families, and contract drawings for the structural discipline. The role involves leading model and drawing development, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and ensuring standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10 years experience, or an associate degree/technical certification and 6–10 years experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D would be a benefit.
• Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for medium and large sized projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing Revit models, families, and contract documents.
• Coordinating contract drawing development with multiple disciplines.
• Performing BIM model clash detection and working with various disciplines to resolve conflicts.
