Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an aerospace engineer to develop, integrate and document structural and interior payload system requirements. You will design with 3-D CAD tools, support production operations and coordinate with suppliers across the lifecycle.

The role involves tests to validate systems meet requirements, and collaboration with regulators to ensure compliance, with a focus on cabin and cargo engineering and certification processes in an aerospace context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Experience with 3-D CAD tools and design documentation.
• Experience with aerospace suppliers and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Assists to develop, integrate and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish the system design.
• Develops, maintains and modifies basic structural and interior payload system and component designs, using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and/or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Performs tests to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.

Job description

• Experience with engineering processes and tools; including CSDT, CATIA, ENOVIA, PDM, and associated release processes.
• Experience with aircraft cabin and cargo engineering products and designs
• Experience with engineering support within a production system
• Experience with direct engagement working with/for aerospace suppliers or airlines
• Experience supporting the validation of compliance to regulatory requirements
• Experience working with regulators
• Experience with Design for manufacturing
• Experience with Aircraft cargo compartment and handling system design, integration, and/or certification
