Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Los Angeles seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator for Stroke & Sepsis to lead clinical programs and coordinate operations. You will advance evidence-based care by partnering with nursing, medical staff, EMS, and quality teams across the care continuum.

This role supports regulatory readiness, data review, education, protocol adherence, and performance improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
RN license valid for California at hire or within required timeframe.
BLS certification required at hire.
California Fire & Life Safety Card due within 30 days of hire.
SCRN, CEN, CCRN, CPHQ, NE-BC or other stroke/sepsis/quality leadership certifications on hire.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership for stroke and sepsis programs.
Coordinate program operations and education across departments.
Support regulatory and accreditation readiness and data review.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, EMS, and other stakeholders.
