Job summary

Endeavor Health is looking for a part-time RN Patient Care Navigator for the Stroke Program at Evanston Hospital. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care for patients exhibiting acute stroke symptoms and collaborate closely with the neurosciences team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, valid Illinois RN license, and at least three years of acute care experience. Comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and wellness programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of RN acute care experience in the treatment of stroke patients.
• Minimum five years of RN critical care experience preferred.
• Experience delivering care to acute stroke patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patients with acute stroke signs.
• Collaborate with the stroke coordinator for care delivery standards.
• Educate patients and their care partners about stroke.
