Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years recent acute care clinical experience required.
• Minimum 1 year to three years experience in program management or similar role.
• Superior knowledge of Stroke quality metrics and Primary Stroke Certification guidelines.
• Certification in neuroscience nursing and ASLS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Comprehensive Stroke Program at Kennestone Hospital.
• Ensure Joint Commission readiness and compliance across facilities.
• Develop education for staff for certification and recertification.
• Oversee performance improvement activities per Joint Commission standards.
• Coordinate system-wide stroke care with Stroke Coordinators and best practice groups.
• Plan and manage program timelines, milestones, and resource needs.
• Coach and motivate Stroke Oversight team members.
