• Educate on unit-based seizure response tactics.
• Facilitate group music therapy sessions for stroke and neuro patients.
• Engage in unit-based governance to implement team-based initiatives for patient quality of life.
• Weekly knowledge and clinical skill development for stroke and neuro care.
• Promote health and wellness within the team in the unit-based respite room.
