Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support American Heart Association / GWTG Stroke requirements.

• Collaborate with disciplines to ensure core measures are met.
• May perform additional duties within scope of the role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
