Corewell Health Place in Grand Rapids is seeking a data-driven RN to support Stroke State and National Registries. The role focuses on data abstraction, analysis, reporting, and driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

The position offers a hybrid work model with periodic onsite presence to support meetings, events, and team needs. Strong clinical abstraction and data analysis skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field.
• 2 years of Nursing experience.
• Licensed RN in Michigan upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supports and drives improvement activities for accountable areas based on organizational priorities.
• Acts as liaison between departments and ensures coordination of services and resource utilization.
• Drives continuous assessment and improvements using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Coordinates retrieval of clinical and regulatory data to meet program requirements.
• Collaborates with internal and external teams to maintain database integrity and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyzes data and presents findings to stakeholders to drive strategic improvements.
