University Health in Seguin, TX seeks an RN to lead the stroke data program, coordinating data collection, analysis and reporting to meet Joint Commission standards. The role partners with Stroke Medical Directors and program leadership to improve data quality and address variances.

Requirements include a nursing degree and a Texas RN license, plus Basic Life Support certification and 3+ years hospital or clinic experience; strong analytical and collaborative skills are essential.

Competenze

• Graduation from accredited school of professional nursing is required.
• Must have at least three years of hospital or clinic based experience.
• Experience with reporting and analyzing clinical documentation for the Joint Commission accreditation for stroke programs highly preferred.
• Work experience with the operation of personal computers and Microsoft Office software is expected.
