Qualifications

• RN with BSN and Michigan license.
• 3–5 years of related clinical experience.
• Experience in stroke care and education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor ongoing educational programs for neurological patients including stroke.
• Mentor staff on stroke policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Engage EMS and community outreach for stroke prevention.
• Support EMR/telemedicine education and network affiliates.
• Prepare stroke program clinical outcomes reports and dashboards.
• Work with medical directors to implement pathways for stroke care.
