Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Strike Phase Instructor located in Virginia Beach, VA. The role requires extensive NSW/SWCC background and SECRET clearance to train SBTs and support VBSS/MIO operations within the IDTC.

The instructor will coordinate scheduling, curriculum management, and logistics, and liaise with NSWG4 and other special operations units to integrate new technologies into training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as SWCC within the last ten years.
• SWCC Senior qualification per COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E.
• Five years' experience as NAVY/NSW Instructor.
• Two years' experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution.
• SECRET security clearance.

Job description

PWS Title: Strike Phase Instructor Location: VA Beach, VA Clearance Type: Secret Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * (VBSS/MIO) instruction to SBTs Operations conducted within the Naval Special Warfare surface mobility community. Assist with schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning throughout the IDTC.

• Assist with liaison support with NSWG4, as well as other Special Operations entities to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the SBT IDTC. Qualifications Qualifications:
• Must possess a minimum of five years' experience within the last ten years as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), with achievement of SWCC Senior qualification in accordance with COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E. Applicant's SWCC Senior qualification must not have been removed for administrative or disciplinary reasons.
• 5 years' experience as NAVY/NSW Instructor. Instructors will support or augment active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling/planning, and classroom instruction.
• 2 years' experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution. Familiar with VBSS/MIO Operations, Insert/Extract and Combatant Craft specific SOPs.
• SECRET security clearance.
