Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Strike Phase Instructor to support VBSS/MIO instruction for SBTs within the Naval Special Warfare surface mobility community, managing schedules, curricula, and IDTC logistics on site in Coronado, CA.

The role requires deep NSW/SWCC experience, including Strike Phase execution and a proven ability to coordinate across NSWG4 and other special operations teams to integrate emerging technologies into training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as SWCC within last ten years.
• Five years' experience as NAVY/NSW Instructor supporting training cadre and classroom instruction.
• Two years’ experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution.

Responsibilities

• VBSS/MIO instruction to SBTs Operations conducted within the Naval Special Warfare surface mobility community. Assist with schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning throughout the IDTC.
• Assist with liaison support with NSWG4 and other Special Operations entities to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the SBT IDTC.
