Job summary

Massage Envy Coppell is seeking a Stretch Provider to help clients improve flexibility, mobility and performance through Total Body Stretch services. You will tailor sessions to client needs and communicate goals, staying engaged throughout each appointment.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Benefits include employer-paid health plans for full-time staff, 401(k) matching, PTO, and a monthly complimentary massage or stretch session.

Qualifications

• Are a Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist
• If MT: satisfy licensing/certification requirements to perform services in your state
• If CPT: have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a current personal training certification
• If MT Student: have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education
• If Bodywork Specialist: have at least one year in fitness coaching or therapeutic bodywork and relevant licensing/certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to improve flexibility, mobility and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and set expectations
• Stay connected to clients during sessions to achieve goals
• Suggest follow-up visits and additional services to reach wellness goals

Qualified Candidates:

• Are a Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist
• If MT: Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in [STATE/COUNTY/CITY]
• If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program
• If MT Student: Have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education
• If Bodywork Specialist: Have worked a minimum of one year in fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork or related field AND meet field-specific education and licensing/certification requirements.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery

Day-to-Day:

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
