Massage Envy Fayetteville-Shoppes at Ramsey Street is hiring Stretch Providers to use bodywork skills for improving flexibility, mobility and performance. We offer full-time and part-time roles with a schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Earn $20.00-$25.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses and commissions, with employer-paid health care for full-time staff, 401(k) matching, PTO, EAP, referral bonuses, and a monthly free massage or stretch session.

Qualifications

• Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in the location.
• Masssage-related licensing and certifications must be current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals

Qualified Candidates:

• Are a Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist


• If MT: Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in [STATE/COUNTY/CITY]


• If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program


• If MT Student: Have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education


• If Bodywork Specialist: Have worked a minimum of one year in fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork or related field AND meet field-specific education and licensing/certification requirements.


• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others


• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery

Day-to-Day:
