Massage Envy Springfield, PA is hiring a Stretch Provider to deliver Total Body Stretch services, helping clients improve flexibility and performance. You will identify client needs, set expectations, and maintain engagement through each session.

The role supports growth with advancement, training, and access to wellness protocols. Full-time and part-time schedules available, with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Are a Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist.
• If MT: Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in the location.
• If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program.
• If MT Student: Have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education.
• If Bodywork Specialist: Have worked a minimum of one year in fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork or related field AND meet field-specific education and licensing/certification requirements.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery.

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
