Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a friendly, outgoing part-time team member to lead practitioner-assisted stretching sessions and guide clients toward membership options. You will engage with clients, demonstrate stretches, and help build a welcoming studio atmosphere while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include conducting demos, following up with prospects, and promoting ongoing attendance. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule supports mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing; comfortable working with people.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with sales, closing memberships, and follow-up calls.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to work toward sales targets.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Interest in fitness, health, wellness, or customer service is a plus.
• No prior stretching experience required; training provided.

• Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional experience for every client.
• Conduct booked demonstration sessions and convert demos into paying members.
• Meet sales expectations by presenting membership options and closing sales.
• Make follow-up phone calls to prospective members to encourage membership sign-ups.
• Build relationships with clients and encourage consistent attendance.
• Educate clients about benefits of stretching and membership options.
• Assist with membership sales and contribute to studio growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
