Job summary

Stretch Zone in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking enthusiastic, dependable team members to join as Part-Time Stretch Practitioners. You will provide practitioner-assisted stretching sessions and help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and wellness while delivering a welcoming, professional experience.

You'll meet sales targets by presenting membership options, closing sign-ups, and following up with prospective members.

Responsibilities

• Provide practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone techniques.
• Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion.
• Deliver a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for every client.
• Conduct booked demonstration sessions and convert demos into paying members.
• Meet sales expectations by confidently presenting membership options and closing sales.
• Make follow-up phone calls to prospective members to encourage membership sign-ups and reconnect with potential clients.
• Build relationships with clients and encourage consistent attendance.
• Educate clients about the benefits of stretching and available membership options.
• Assist with membership sales and contribute to studio growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.

Training Requirements

All new hires must successfully complete the required online training before participating in in-person training.
