Job summary

Stretch Zone - 1069 is seeking part-time Stretch Practitioners to guide clients through practitioner-assisted stretching sessions, focusing on flexibility and mobility. You will create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere and help convert demos into memberships, while meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and motivated to learn. Training is online followed by in-person sessions. Flexible mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends are available.

• Comfortable with sales, closing memberships, and making follow-up calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone techniques.
• Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion.
• Deliver a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for every client.
• Conduct demos and convert them into paying members.
• Meet sales targets by presenting membership options and closing sales.
• Make follow-up calls to prospective members to encourage sign-ups.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage consistent attendance.
• Educate clients about benefits of stretching and memberships.
• Assist with membership sales and contribute to studio growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, studio environment.

• Assist with membership sales and contribute to studio growth.
