Job summary

Stretch Zone in Tyler, Texas, is looking for dedicated individuals to provide exceptional assisted stretching services to Members. The ideal candidate will have a background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or be a Certified Personal Trainer, and will enjoy working directly with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

The role offers competitive hourly pay with the opportunity for commission, along with paid training and a supportive environment for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provides our Member base with exceptional service and effective assisted stretching modalities.
• Serves Members and potential Members with an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
• Keep Members coming in consistently to help them attain their goals or set new goals to continue monthly Membership.
• Learn and execute the sales process.
• Assist with cleanliness of the studio.
• Partner with the management team and Membership Director to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all Members.

Skills

Comfortable working hands-on with individuals

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written

Able to travel for in-person training once hired

Education

Exercise Science/Kinesiology or other related degrees

Licensed Massage Therapist

Required Availability

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
