Job summary

Stretch Zone - 1007 in San Antonio is looking for a dynamic Stretch Practitioner to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our Members. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Exercise Science or a related field, and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.

As a Stretch Practitioner, you will provide individualized stretching sessions, maintain a welcoming environment, and work closely with management and front desk staff. Training, including paid stretching certification, is offered to all new hires to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree related to Exercise Science or Anatomy.
• Must be dynamic, energetic, and wellness-minded.
• Ability to pass a week of training on modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and effective assisted stretching techniques.

We are seeking Exercise Science or related degreed, DYNAMIC, energetic, wellness‑minded, stretch practitioner that loves to share their knowledge and skillset to join our team. Must be a good listener, well organized, detail oriented with excellent communication skills. If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. Once hired additional training takes place for Front Desk, Operations and Sales. Everyone Sells! Responsibilities

• Provides our Member base with exceptional service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
• Serves Members and potential Members, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities. Our Members are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
• Keeps Members coming in consistently to help them attain their goals/set new goals to continue monthly Membership
• All team members clean and maintain the Studio.
• Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all Members.
