Stretch Zone Naples is hiring confident, outgoing and sales-minded individuals to join our Park Shore and Vanderbilt studios as Stretch & Membership Consultants. This role is part-time or full-time in Naples, FL, offering hourly pay plus uncapped commission and advancement opportunities.

You'll conduct first-time stretch experiences, recommend membership programs, and deliver Stretch Zone Method sessions while following up with leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in commission-based sales roles.
• Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility.
• Must have reliable private closed vehicle.
• No prior stretching experience required; paid certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations
• Recommend membership programs based on member needs and goals
• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach

• Exceptional time management skills
• Coachable and open to structured training
• Must have reliable private closed vehicle (e.g., car, truck, SUV)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

No prior stretching experience required — paid certification provided.
