Job summary

Stretch Zone Miami Beach is hiring Stretch Practitioners to join our North Beach and South Beach studios. The role involves delivering practitioner-assisted stretches, engaging with clients, and contributing to a vibrant wellness space.

This position suits individuals with fitness or mobility backgrounds who thrive in a high-energy environment and are motivated by performance-based commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Coachable and open to structured training.
• Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services.
• Must have reliable private vehicle.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Required: lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, sitting, squatting, typing, speaking.

• Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach.

Part-Time | Miami Beach | Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Stretch Zone Miami Beach is hiring confident, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our North Beach and South Beach studios as Stretch Practitioners.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in fitness, sports, personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy or similar knowledge in body mechanics.

• Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based commission opportunities
• Must have reliable private closed vehicle (e.g., car, truck, SUV)—otherwise do not apply
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Required: lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, sitting, squatting, typing, speaking
