As the strength training coach, you are directly responsible to both the Principal and the Director of Athletics. The strength training coach must realize that any activity sponsored by EHS Athletics is part of the total program offered by EHS. Individuals in charge of such activities must utilize sound educational principles and goals if athletics are to be a worthwhile part of the overall school program. Some of the duties of the S/C coach shall include:
